PANDAN FLAVOURED 'MA CHEE'

'Ma Chee' is a type of traditional Chinese snack. It is made from glutinous rice flour and grounded peanuts mixed with sugar. This is one of my Aunt Linda's favourite snacks as she says it is easy to eat. As for me, I don't really fancy it.

The Ma Chee sold by the hawker at the Kampung Simee market is a bit different as it is pandan flavoured. Usually the dough is just plain white and not green. It sells for RM2.00.
