I have been teaching for many years and never once have my students tried pasting images of eyes to conceal their closed eyes while I am teaching. This is not because I am the most exciting teacher but my students don't have their hands on such images.
Besides, I think that it is a form of cheating. Usually my students will start yawning if the lesson drags for a long time and then I will know when to give them a short break.
