PUDDING

This pudding was made by my friend for the library gathering. Looks pretty, doesn't it?
Here is the recipe.
Ingredients
10g jelly powder
1 cup of sugar
3 1/4 cups of water
1 tbs butter/margarine
4 eggs
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 tbs custard powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs of cocoa emulco (or powder)
1 tsp of yellow colouring
1. Put the jelly powder, sugar and water in a pot and boil.
2. Put in the butter/margerine.
3. Mix well the eggs, custard powder, vanilla, evaporated milk in another container.
4. Pour in the pot and wait until it boils.
5. Divide the ingredients into 2- make one with chocolate by putting in the cocoa emulco.
In another container, mix with the yellow colouring.
6. Finally, scoop one chocolate mix and pour in a tray, scoop one yellow mix and pour on top of the chocolate mix and do it until it done, alternately.
7. Take a sate stick (or toothpick), make a line on top of the ingredients, as if you are making a cob web.
8. Put in the fridge and it is ready to be served.
