The pictures above show my mum at the wishing pond in front of the Perak Old Temple in Ipoh Old Town. The dragon spurting out water was blessed by a master recently. The Chinese believe that once a master dots the head and eyes of the dragon (點睛), it comes to life. So the water coming out from its mouth would have some form of 'magical' power. See my mum is getting her fair share of the blessed water from the dragon.
