New Year wall hangings
Chinese New Year flowers During the run-up to the Chinese New Year, my mother would wait for me to go home to Ipoh each weekend to take her New Year shopping. Last Sunday, I took her to the shop selling the decorations and then to the florist selling all the new year plants. She bought some cherry blossoms at the shop and two pots of chrysanthemums at the florist.
