HOLDING ON TO ONES JOB IN BAD TIMES - PART 2


Here is some more advice given by Feng Shui Master Jane Hor on how to secure ones job during the current economic downturn.


FENG SHUI DON'T

Do not sit near to the hallway


WHY

Similar to the reasoning for not sitting near the door, that is, Chis is moving area the hallway. This movement will distract the attention of the staff and in Feng Shui, it will create 'Shar Chi' or 'Killing Energy' that brings malevolent energy to the staff. Furthermore, footsteps and chatting along the hallway will also create 'Sheng Sha' or a disturbing sound that distracts you from concentrate on your work.


SOLUTION

If there is enough space, it is good to make sure that your working desk is placed a distance from the hallway, so that you will not be able to see or hear anything that happens along the hallway. Otherwise, you may consider setting up a partition to create a harmonious and private working space.
