Last Friday was one of the designated birthdays for Kuan Yin but I did not manage to go to the temple to pay respect to the goddess as I only arrived in Ipoh at 9.30 p.m. I thought that it was better late than never and went to the Buddhist temple near my house today to pray and ask for blessings from the monk there.
To be honest, I haven't been feeling too at peace recently, partly due to work and partly because of personal matters. What I usually do is to go and pray at the temple and seek solace and peace. Usually, I feel better and very much at peace after having a chat with Buddha and Kuan Yin.
