FENG SHUI CURES AND ENHANCERS

One of the things that I enjoy doing before the Chinese New Year is to go around the shops to look for all decorative items. Since the coming year will be the Rat year, my mum bought items in the form of this animal. My mum is photographed with the items in the picture below.
As many of us know, red and gold are the happening colours during the festival and the redder the better. So we would not go wrong if we go for things which have these two ultra auspicious colours. Furthermore, 2008 is a year greatly lacking in the metal and fire elements and red is symbolic for fire and gold for metal.
My mum also bought a protective amulet which goes by the name of Ksiddigarbha and a bat wall decor from the WOF Boutique in Ipoh. She has to carry the amulet aroudn to nullify the negative energy from the argumentative star which flies into her sector next year. Both of us also bought the Feng Shui Books for our own animal signs by Lilian and Jennifer Too.
As we bought quite a number of stuff at WOF Ipoh, I got a complimentary ticket to listen to Jason Eng, the owner of WOF Ipoh and a student of Lilian Too, giving a talk on Feng Shui for 2008 in Cantonese on 27th January, 2008 at Excelsior Hotel. You bet I'll be going. And of course, I'll be sharing what I learnt with you here.
