STRESS RELIEVER

In this modern world, stress is one of the things the many people have in their lives. The stress may be through work, family or even just daily activities. Stress can be negative or positive or a combination of both good and bad. No matter what type of stress you have, it is good to know how to relieve its effects. Below are some tips on how to deal with stress.

Tip 1: Breathe more
When you are stressed out, try taking a few deep breaths. Most probably, you'd feel calmer and more relaxed after doing so.

Tip 2: Simplify your life
Try simplifying your life as a great stress relief tip. Simply decide what you truly need to be happy, what you need to obtain it, and get rid of the rest.

Tip 3: Exercise
Exercise is not only great for the body but also the mental state as well. Exericise is a great stress reliever as it allows you to release some of the excess energy and emotion that often becomes locked inside during high tension situation. Taking short walks or doing simple exercises will suffice. One does not need to do a lot daily.

In my case, when I am stressed I listen to a CD of Rain singing or watch a DVD of Rain performing. That is the best stress reliever for me. These few weeks have been especially stressful for me. The stress is work related. What I do is go and have a chat with my friend, Eric at his shop, Golden Inn Music Centre. As the topics that we discuss have nothing remotely to do with school but normal every day things, I become more relaxed. Of course, I get my CDs, VCDs and DVDs from him. He sells only original copies. But he gives me discounts for them and so I save a bit especially when buying Rain CDs.

The above pictures were taken today at Golden Inn Music Centre. The first picture is of me taken by Eric. Eric teases me by saying that I use him as a stress reliever but he says he doesn't mind. The second picture I curi-curi snapped his photo to publish here. If he finds out he'd be angry with me. If you are interested in getting some good CDs, VCDs or DVDs you can go visit his shop. I have published his name card above. I think I'll make Eric belanja me next time I go there as I am giving him free publicity.
