My young companion for yesterday's evening walk was Baron Syaziq. His grandparents had gone out and they told his brother to take him along for Pokemon Go catching. When I reached the place, Syaziq was told by big brother to keep teacher company. We walked from 6.30 p.m. until 7.45 p.m.
Though there is no change in weight, I feel more active and sprightly.
