My fruit dessert contains apples,  Ya pears,  kurma,  red dates,  honey dates,  kundur,  nata de coco and dried longan. It is boiled for about an hour. I added brown sugar as I ran out of rock sugar. It is also missing wolfberries as they could not be located. Sometimes snow fungus can also be added.
After cooking, leave it to cool before putting it into the fridge.
