Nowadays I prefer to make my own aglio olio pasta dishes at home instead of having it at a fancy eatery.  Yesterday afternoon I had Aglio Olio Fettucini with prawns, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower.   If I eat out, I would pay at least RM20 for it.  If I cook this at home, I can cook for 5 persons for the same amount of money.
I personally feel that my pasta dish is way tastier and healthier.  Why?  I use more ingredients and also extra virgin olive oil.
