I saw this cat at the Kampung Simee wet market. The cat looks clean and well-fed. I suspect it belongs to one of the hawkers there. I have often heard of people taking unwanted cats and dogs to the market to abandon them there. Why? They reason that there is food at the market and these animals will not die of starvation.
