K'UNG PAO MANTIS PRAWNS

Lai Yoong and I ordered the K'ung Pao Mantis Prawns for our dinner at Garden Seafood Restaurant.  Both of us wondered why the Mantis Prawn is known as Lai Liew Ha in Cantonese.  When translated it means, Urinating Prawns.  Anyone has any idea?
